A MUM-OF-THREE has shared how she wakes up at 3am and manages to have a bath, do the laundry, and clean before her children even wake up. 

Rosie, who has kids aged seven, five, and three, wakes up naturally without an alarm and uses the early hours to “potter around.”

The TikToker, known as @, regularly posts videos of her productivity to her 36.8K followers. 

In one video, which has gained over she shared her morning routine and what it’s like to be a natural early riser. 

Rosie explained that she doesn’t wake up early specifically to clean the house but takes advantage of the time to get chores done. 

The video shows her putting a load of washing into the washing machine, taking another load out of the tumble dryer, folding clothes, making a cup of tea, sorting out the dishwasher, and getting the children’s coats and shoes ready.

She filmed an example of a Friday morning, which is her “favourite day of the week” because it’s “more chilled.” 

Rosie also mentioned that before she started filming her morning routine, she had “actually got in the bath.” 

The video received 2,085 likes, and 197 people headed to the comments section to share their thoughts. 

One person wrote: “Madness how people are different, but each to their own. 

“I could never get up willingly at that time. I’m awake now and want to be asleep.”

Rosie replied simply: “I don’t want to.”

The video, which has gained 535,000 views, features several snapshots detailing her routine. 

She starts by arriving home at 3:55pm and immediately changing into comfy clothes, with her uniform going straight into the wash. 

Sunday routine

Rosie explained that she batch cooks on Sundays to minimise cooking during the week, allowing her to serve the kids dinner by 4pm. 

If she does cook during the week, she does so in the afternoon so the food is ready for them. 

By 4:30pm, the dishes go into the dishwasher, followed by a 5pm shower. At 5:30pm, the children play games together. 

At 6:15pm, the kids read their books, and by 6:30pm, Rosie sweeps the floor and hoovers.

The children then watch Arthur at 6:30pm and have a snack “if they want one,” before heading to bed at 7pm. 

Rosie uses this time to organise the children’s shoes, coats, and bags by the door at 7:15pm. 

She prepares their lunches and bottles in the morning but gets their breakfast items ready the night before. 

At 7:20pm, she makes her daughter’s packed lunch and her toddler’s snacks, before laying out her cups in preparation for a morning brew.

Rosie then does a “quick living room reset” at 7:30pm before heading to the shower and getting into bed around 10pm. 

The video received over 1,140 comments, with people sharing their thoughts. 

One commenter wrote: “I found my person! My routine is like this, and it works for me and my son.
