CHELSEA’S Champions League opponents Paris Saint-Germain are in meltdown.
Midfielder Serge Aurier viciously abused manager Laurent Blanc and his
team-mates in a sick x-rated video.
In the lewd scene, vile Aurier brands Blanc a “f****t” and makes crude sexual
allegations about the manager and striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic
The French club’s president Nasser Al-Khelaifi was locked in showdown talks
with other PSG bigwigs last night to decide whether to sack the Ivorian.
Aurier, 23, is also shown insulting other team-mates in an f-word tirade. He
even brands ex-Manchester United winger Angel Di Maria a “clown”.
He has been suspended indefinitely and originally claimed the video — posted
on phone app Periscope — was a fake.
But he later appeared on French TV to issue a grovelling apology to the club,
Blanc and team-mates.
Aurier said: “I did a stupid thing and I am unpardonable. I accept the
sanctions and consequences.
“I have to offer my apologies, particularly to the coach and I would like to
thank him for everything he has done for me since I came to Paris.”
The scandal has wrecked the French giants’ preparations for tomorrow’s clash
in Paris.
PSG issued a statement which read: “This video contains clearly unacceptable
comments coming from a PSG player towards team-mates and coach Laurent
Blanc.
“The club have decided to open disciplinary proceedings against the player
together with a suspension. Aurier will not face Chelsea.”
And Al-Khelaifi declared: “I took the decision to suspend Aurier. I won’t
allow anyone to put the club in difficulty and detract from our objectives,
starting with meeting Chelsea.”

Aurier did not take part in training yesterday and a club insider revealed:
“Many players are disgusted with him and nobody knows what could have
happened if he had turned up to train.
“Zlatan is incensed and don’t forget he is a martial arts master.
“He is not one to accept those sick comments lightly, particularly as they
were filmed and effectively broadcast to the world.
“It has caused so much damage to Paris Saint-Germain at a time when everyone
was so focused on the club’s big objective, which is to win the Champions
League.
“Aurier may have played his last game for the club.”
Last year Uefa banned Aurier for three matches after he posted a video on
Facebook in which he called the ref Bjorn Kuipers a “dirty son of a w***e.”
Blanc, 50, rapped: “I took it very badly.
“You can have your opinions, we’re in a democracy. But I vouched for this lad
two years ago so he could come to the club and here is how he thanks me.
It’s pitiful.”
Blanc bossed France at Euro 2012 when the squad was torn apart by bitter rows.
Blanc added: “There are in this new generation a lot of people who spend their
time apologising. But they should think first, then they would not have to
apologise all the time.
“Aurier penalised himself — he could be preparing for a Champions League game,
instead he is staying at home.
“What I do not tolerate is that it penalises the club, too.”
