— has been sold for a cool £3.1 million.

The lavish property, in an exclusive neighbourhood near to the club’s Bodymoor
Heath training ground, comes complete with a home gym, wine cellar and
cinema.

The six-bedroom house, nestled in 0.67 acres of land, is believed to have been
snapped up by a young businessman.

Agbonlahor and his family moved into Good Heart House in Little Aston Park,
Sutton Coldfield, shortly after it was built in 2013, reported the
Birmingham Mail .

A source close to the Villa forward said: “It really is a spectacular property
and the real talking point was what they’d done to the basement.”

Agbonlahor, 29, is a product of Villa’s academy and the longest serving
playing since making debut for the club ten years ago.

The striker has failed to impress under new manager Remi
Garde and was linked with a move to Turkish Super Lig side Kayserispor
.

Gabby Agbonlahor has struggled for Aston Villa under new boss Remi Garde
However the deal never got off the ground and the 29-year-old now seems
certain to remain with the club, where he has spent the last decade.

Agbonlahor signed a new
four year deal worth £40,000 a week in 2014
and still has
two-and-a-half years remaining. .
