JOSE MOURINHO launched ANOTHER ref rant — just 24 hours after the FA warned him to keep his mouth shut.
Chelsea’s boss accused Slovenian official Damir Skomina of being “weak and naive” for turning down a penalty after Cesc Fabregas was caught by Serhiy Rybalka.
The FA, who have slapped a suspended stadium ban on Mourinho, cannot punish him for last night’s outburst — but Uefa might.
He said: “The referee was weak and naive with the penalty.
I cannot understand what the referee behind the goal does because he doesn’t make a clear decision too.
Against Porto it was in the last minute, a decision crucial for the result.
“This was not in the last minute but it was still a key development. I don’t know, the referee didn’t see it or decided not to give it.”
Mourinho compared Skomina to under-fire rugby ref Craig Joubert whose cock-up cost Scotland their World Cup place.
He added: “The referee was very good. I think he made one mistake.
“In the rugby world cup, the referee in the Scotland game was very good but made one mistake. And that mistake cost Scotland their chance.”
Mourinho’s “weak and naive” jibe last night was a clear dig at the FA — and bitter rival Arsene Wenger.
The Special One is fighting a £50,000 fine for accusing Premier League officials of being “afraid” to give Chelsea decisions.
But he claims saying the words “weak and naive” are acceptable after Wenger escaped an FA rap for branding Mike Dean ‘weak and naive’ over his defender Gabriel’s red card at Chelsea last month.
