Melanie Sykes proves she isn’t one to be ‘meshed’ with as she finally divorces her ex

Wears a see-through top in new racy photoshoot - as her six month marriage is finally declared over

MELANIE Sykes kicks back after finally divorcing her ex – and looks in no mood
to be meshed with.

The 45-year-old presenter, whose six-month marriage to roofer Jack Cockings,
29, ended in January 2014, wore a see-through top for the photoshoot.

Mel was granted a decree nisi last Friday, so her divorce will be
rubber-stamped in six weeks.

The couple ended their short marriage after a string of public bust ups.

The mum of two even spent a night behind bars for striking Jack in a scuffle
at their £1million north London home. She later admitted assault and was
cautioned.

But the former model proved she has still got it and is ready to move on as
she stripped down to just a pair of black bikini bottoms and a mesh top.

Last week we also saw another racy snap of the star, as she treated her
Instagram followers to a picture of herself naked with just hair long locks
and a strategically placed scarf covering her modesty, with the caption:
“Happy May folks.”

Meanwhile, the star looked pretty at the weekend at the launch of charity
event Autism’s Got Talent.

She posted a pic on Instagram of herself in a bronze metallic dress, complete
with matching clutch bag and strappy gold heels.

The body conscious star clearly works hard to look good, although she did
admit last week she has to cut back on her beloved gym workouts as she gets
older.

Showcasing her incredible gym honed figure on a recent cover of Fit and Well
Magazine, the TV presenter reveals she has adjusted her workout routine.

She admitted that she’s had to slow things down a notch due to her age.

The brunette beauty said: “I’m still young, but you’ve got to respect that
your body is changing, regardless how fit you are, or think you are.”

Mel, who works out five times a week, revealed she has cut down on the number
of high intensity interval training sessions and has added reformer pilates
to her slower paced exercise regime.

The former model has been following Amelia Freer’s Eat. Nourish. Glow method,
devised by the nutritional therapist and credited as the reason behind Sam
Smith’s huge weight loss.

Following this method the TV star has cut out sugar, dairy, gluten and
alcohol, but admits she still indulges in a daily caffeine hit as it’s the
one thing she couldn’t give up entirely.

She said: “Any ab exercise is good for your abs, end of story. But for me
diet is the big thing.

You can work your abs until the cows come home – but if you’re eating rubbish,
you’re never going to see them.”

Mel also does reformer Pilates several times a week, along with her cardio and
weights workouts.
