A WOMAN who had six ribs removed to look like Jessica Rabbit has vowed to
carry on having plastic surgery.
Pixee Fox has spent £80,000 on 17 surgeries, including the £6,000 rib removal,
four boob jobs, a Brazilian butt lift and labioplasty.
She now boasts an unbelievable 16in waist and 30J bust – and says it has
always been her dream to look like her cartoon heroine.
The 25-year-old former electrician wears a waist trainer 24 hours a day and
underwent the five-hour keyhole surgery in October.
She said: “I took out six of my ribs and I’m the first one ever to do it.”
And she is determined to keep on with the body-altering ops.
She added: “As long as I don’t hurt my body, why not continue – because this
is my dream. This is what I want to do.”
Swede Pixee, who now calls herself a ‘surgery model’, worships cartoon
characters like Jessica and Disney’s Aurora, from Sleeping Beauty.
She said: “People often come up to me and say, ‘Don’t take this the wrong way,
but you look like a cartoon.’ But for me that’s a compliment, that’s what I
want to achieve.
“Those cartoon characters represent the idealisation of the female body.
“I want to have the tiny waist, the butt, big boobs, big eyes and a really
pretty face. Having my ribs removed was just another step in achieving that
ideal.”
Pixee, who now lives in the US, has over 85,000 followers on Instagram who
have witnessed her transformation and some of who have actually donated to
fund her operations.
Her excessive surgeries and exercise regime have shrunk her measurements from
30-24-34 to an unbelievable 38-16-39, thanks to her J cup breasts and a
Brazilian butt lift.

“I’m not unhappy with the way I look now. I just enjoy tweaking it,” she said.
“I see myself as a body-modification artist. This is my job. This is what I do
and I’m going to keep on sculpting.
“There are six billion people on the planet. Why should everyone look the

She added: “What I think people can learn from me is to try and accept people
