Sheila Wild, 49
Throttled by estranged husband Raymond, 52, at his home in Doncaster, South
Yorks. He was sentenced to life for murder with a 15- year minimum.
Nicola McKenzie, 37
Died two days after ex-partner battered her with hockey stick in front of her
two kids on Manchester street. Oral Bryan, 44, got 20 years
Valerie Forde, 45
Mum and her baby were killed by Roland McKoy, 54, with machete, screwdriver
and hammer in Hackney, East London. Serving 35 years.
Pauline Butler, 61
Mum of three was stabbed by her estranged hubby John, 62, who wrongly feared a
fling in Leeds. He got seven years for manslaughter.
Raheela Imran, 45
Hubby Imran Sharif, 44, slash- ed neck of mum of four fearing an affair, then
left for work in Slough, Berks.
Admitted murder and got life.
Doreen Webb, 64
Gran knifed by retired Major hubby Leonard, 68, in Durrington, Wilts. He
admitted manslaughter with diminished responsibility and is in a mental
unit.
Senga Closs, 47
Was knifed in heart by Steven McCall, 43, days after she told a pal he tried
to throttle her in Uddingston, near Glasgow. Murderer serving at least 16
years.
Sandra Talman, 62
Hubby Nigel, 60, strangled her at home in Newbury, Berks. He got six years
after admitting manslaughter on diminished responsibility basis.
Carole Dyson, 53
Throttled by hubby Mark, 55, at home in Adlington, Lancs. He is serving at
least 14 years of a life sentence after admitting her murder.
Mary Craig, 43
Stabbed by partner Christopher Shone, 55, in Lochwinnoch, Renfrewshire, in row
over videos of her dead husband. Murderer must serve at least 16 years.
Hazel North, 19
Boyfriend John Davis, 26, beat her to death and buried her in Kilmarnock, East
Ayrshire, where her body lay for weeks. He got 20 years for murder.
Leanne Meecham, 26
Leanne’s stepdad and ex boyfriend Simon Meecham, 42, was jailed for life for
stabbing her to death in Westcliff, Essex.
Madina Landsberg, 31
Husband Dexter, 34, beat her to death in Hatfield, Herts, after bail for
attack on her. He got a minimum 13 years after admitting murder.
Hayley Stringer, 29
Suicidal estranged husband David, 32, knifed her repeatedly, then killed
himself as their three kids slept in Walsall.
Jessica Watkins, 21
She had 27 stab wounds and was strangled by boyfriend Kristopher Mitchell, 28,
at Newport. He got a minimum 16 years for murder.
Karen Catherall, 45
Karen, a mum of Gwernaffield, North Wales, met Darren John Jeffreys, 47, on a
dating website — but he beat her to death. He was jailed for life.
Anayat Bibi, 39
Mum of two stabbed to death in Sheffield by husband Mazhar Nawab after his
release from jail. Nawab, 43, of Pakistan, must serve a minimum of 18 years.
Rebecca Bamber, 42
Rebecca, from Widnes, Cheshire, was beaten and stabbed by ex David Hoyle, 39,
after a Facebook reunion. He was jailed for at least 25 years.
Sarah O’Neill, 22
Her Mexican boyfriend Sergio Saavedra-Navarrete, 27, got 26 years’ jail after
beating her to death and raping her while high in Bristol.
Rui Li, 44
Bigamist Pierre Legris, 60, was convicted of murder after wife Rui was found
beaten to death in a car parked near Bournemouth. He got 25 years.
Mingzi Yang, 29
Battered by ex-hubby Wai Tsang, 33,in Lincoln as he did not want to share
access to son Lucas, five. The murderer will serve at least 28 years.
Sharon Winters, 39
Mum was brutally killed at her Liverpool flat by Kevin Hawke, 33, who she met
via a dating website. He admitted it and got 17 years.
Christine Lee, 66
John Lowe, 82, shot dead Christine, his partner, and her daughter Lucy, 40, at
his dog farm in Farnham, Surrey. He was jailed for 25 years.
Naudel Turner, 42
The mum was knifed to death by ex Dariusz Miakienko, 47, at a bus stop in
Tottenham, North London. He got a minimum 20 years for murder.
Sara Al Shourefi, 28
Mother of four was tortured to death with tools in Sheffield last year.
Husband Thahi Manaa, 37, was jailed for life in February.
Jane Bartholomew, 39
Scott Ellis, 42 — dad of three of her kids — used a “killing kit” to murder
Jane in Martlesham Heath, Suffolk. He got 22 years.
Emma Siswick, 37
Ex-cop boyfriend Jonathan Sutton, 40, knifed her 81 times and hurt two boys
over affair fears in Huddersfield. He got 28 years.
Caroline Finegan, 29
Murdered with one punch by fiance Ryan Ingham, 27, at a Manchester bus
station. He had history of violence on women and got life.
Angela Ward, 27
Died from injuries suffered at hands of boyfriend Ian Meakin, 49, in Ilkeston,
Derbys. He got six years after admitting manslaughter.
Lorna McCarthy, 50
Stabbed by husband Barry, 51, in Gorleston-on-Sea, Norfolk. He believed she
was using dating websites. He got life after conviction for murder.
Donna Graham, 51
Mum of two died from “traumatic head injury” and husband Kenneth, 52, from a
stab wound in apparent Edinburgh murder/suicide.

Angela Humphrey, 49
Throttled by husband Alan, 56, who later boasted about it in a pub. Found dead
days later at her Glasgow flat. He got life.
Helen Dillon, 42
Ex lover Justice Cruickshank, 55, killed mum of one with samurai sword in
street in Neasden, North West London. He got life.
Tahira Ahmed, 38
Decapitated by husband Naveed Ahmed, 41, at home in Northolt, West London. He
admitted murder and must serve 22 years.
Elizabeth Thomas, 17
Murdered and dismembered in Oxted, Surrey, in 2014 by boyfriend Steven Miles,
16, a fan of TV serial killer Dexter. He got life.
Angela Smeaton, 50
Fish and chip shop boss died after being stabbed in head, neck and arm by
partner Paul Smart, 49, in Hartlepool, Co Durham.
Luan Leigh, 42
Strangled at home in Birmingham by her estranged husband Andrew, 43, who
refused to accept their 22-year marriage was over. He got life for murder.
Serena Hickey, 42
Found strangled at a Premier Inn in Bedford. Partner Darren Ellis, 39,
confessed to murdering her before jumping in front of train.
Becky Ayres, 24
Stabbed to death by ex Liam King, 26, in Eccles, Gtr Manchester following
months of violence. He admitted murder and got life.
