THIS is the photo said to prove John Travolta could never have groped a
masseur in a gay sex assault.
It shows the Hollywood star at a photo-shoot in New York on the day he is
alleged to have carried out the attack at a hotel in Los Angeles — 2,475
miles away.
A bill for a meal Travolta had at the swish Mr Chow restaurant in New York on
January 16 has also emerged.
The restaurant confirmed the Pulp Fiction and Saturday Night Fever actor ate
there that night with the bill showing he dined at table 17 and settled the
$382.69 charge — adding a generous $100 tip — at 11.38pm.
On that day, Travolta was alleged to have grabbed his accuser’s crotch during
a massage in LA and asked him to perform a sex act.
Meanwhile, flight records reportedly show Travolta left LA on January 15 at
8.21pm and landed in Westchester County, New York, at 3.59am the next day.
He was then said to have stayed at the Greenwhich Hotel in NYC on January 16.
Travolta’s legal spokesman Marty Singer has also blasted similar claims by a
second masseur who is being represented by the same lawyer, Okorie Okorocha.
Both men, named only as John Doe One and Two, want $2million — the first for
“emotional distress” the second for “sexual battery”.
The second assault is alleged to have taken place in Atlanta on January 28.
But Travolta’s lawyer Marty Singer hit back: “This second anonymous claim is
just as absurd and ridiculous as the first.“Our client was not in LA when
anonymous Doe One claims he interacted with John Travolta. That fact is
easily provable since John Travolta was on the east coast working on a
movie.
“After we were able to establish that anonymous Doe One’s claims were totally
absurd, the same attorney has now filed a claim on behalf of another
plaintiff, whom he identified as Doe Two.
“Significantly, although the same attorney made the fabricated claim for Doe
#1, there was never any claim made by anonymous Doe #2 before he filed his
specious lawsuit.
“The claim by Doe Two is just as fabricated as the claim by Doe One.”
“Our client will be fully vindicated in court on both of these absurd and
fictional claims.”
Travolta — wed to actress Kelly Preston, 49 — is threatening to counter sue.
