A TORY MP has helped deliver his third child at home, less than 18 months
after his second baby was stillborn.
Will Quince, 33, had to step in after wife Elinor’s waters broke as they
prepared to go to hospital.
He said he was getting “panicky” as ambulance staff talked him through the
process while they rushed to the house.
The MP for Colchester, Essex, said: “They got there with five minutes to
spare. It was very real, it’s the first birth I’ve had to get hands on.”

Elinor, 33, gave birth to 9lb 11oz Annie on Saturday, as her big sister
Catherine, three, slept.
The birth comes after their son, who had the genetic condition Edwards’
syndrome, was stillborn in October 2014.
Mr Quince has discussed the tragedy in the Commons, calling for better NHS
facilities for grieving families.
