STRICTLY star Susanna Reid has split from her long-term partner, it was
reported last night.
The BBC Breakfast host, 43, is said to be no longer living with Dominic
Cotton, 46, father of her three kids.
A dating site profile apparently set up by Cotton on Match.com says he is “currently
separated”, adding: “I’m looking for a woman from 35 to 45.”
The former BBC sports journalist also lists smoking as a “no way”
and “cycling, swimming” as his sports.
Cotton also describes himself as being “athletic and toned” with an “easy-going”
personality.
Susanna’s packed schedule – which involves commuting from London to Salford
for the early-morning show – is thought to have strained their relationship.
In December Dominic admitted three months of gruelling Strictly training on
top of her day job had been “tough” on the family.
He added: “Her schedule has been really full-on. I’m looking forward to
having my partner back.”
Before her Strictly appearance, Susanna gushed over Dominic’s “hands-on”
parenting skills.
She said: “He’s doing the stuff we normally share – parents’ evenings,
homework. He’s unrivalled as a parent.
“I can’t even come close.”
She has also spent time away on the Strictly tour after finishing as runner-up
last year.
When asked about Dominic last night, Susanna reportedly replied: “I don’t
think it would be appropriate for me to discuss this.”
Her agent was unavailable for comment.
