Dan Cain

Dan joined The Sun's showbiz desk from the the Mail Online in March 2017. He specialises in music with a particular interest in rock, country, and pop and has interviewed world famous artists such as chart-topping sensation Teddy Swims, Kiss, Def Leppard, , , Eurovision legend Sam Ryder, Professor Green, Thomas Rhett and Martin Garrix. Celebrity stories with a human interest element also appeal to Dan. He was one of a small number of journalists to interview Spencer Matthews during his record-breaking Great Desert Challenge in the Jordan desert. He often contributes to showbiz segments on TalkTV and has featured as a talking head in Amazon Prime documentaries about Kanye West, Beyoncé and Eminem. Dan has reported from the red carpet of prestigious events such as the Brits Awards, MTV EMAs and blockbuster film premieres. Reality TV shows form a large part of Dan's workload and he is experienced in covering the likes of Love Island, Big Brother, Married At First Sight, The Apprentice, I'm A Celebrity, Strictly Come Dancing and Dancing On Ice.
