DEAR DEIDE: I AM a 22-stone woman who works in a nursery. I long to have children of my own but I am not sure if I will be able to.

I am 30 and was overweight in my teenage years and early twenties.
But during the recent lockdowns I really piled on the pounds. I live with my parents and they are both overweight, too.
I want to lead a healthy lifestyle and although I haven’t got a boyfriend, I dream of getting married and having a family one day.
