Anita’s obsession to try and impress her personal trainer backfires
DEIDRE SAYS: IT is never healthy or helpful to compare yourself to others, either in your own life or on social media.
Beauty stereotypes dominate all our feeds as the value of individuality is being eroded.
While it is good to be healthy, exercising all hours obsessively will lead to illness, not wellness.
If you find you feel low after looking at your socials, it is time to get rid of any content that leaves you feeling below par.
Perhaps your relationship has become a little stale, as you are so eager for attention from new sources.
How about shaking things up a bit. Perhaps you could exercise as a couple – that way you will get closer and fitter – the healthy way.
