I’m pregnant after bedding two guys from work when boyfriend dumped me but don’t know who’s the dad

DEAR DEIDRE: I WENT a bit wild drinking and having sex with two guys from work after my boyfriend dumped me. Now I am pregnant and I don’t know which of these guys is the father.

I’m 23 and an assistant cook in the kitchen of a big hotel. I love what I do but it’s hard work and the long hours have lost me the man that I love.

We were together since I was 18. He works in IT and got really fed up with me working almost every evening until late.

He said he was sorry but told me he’d met someone new. I was gutted and I started to mix with the hotel staff more.

We all work funny hours, so we’re in the same boat.

I got friendly with some of the waiters, one of the guys on the maintenance team, a guy on reception and one of the porters — who is fit and incredibly sweet.

They are all in their twenties, like me, and I can always find somebody free when I’ve finished my shift and fancy a drink.

I know I’ve been drinking too much since the break-up — working and drinking is all I do.

Last month I had a few drinks with the guy from reception. We went to one of the staff rooms way down in the basement, too tired to get changed and go home.

We shared half a bottle of Scotch, then we kissed and had sex. Later that week it all happened again — but with the maintenance man.

We were drinking and talking, then I started crying because I was missing my boyfriend or maybe because I was drunk. He was lovely and caring and gave me a cuddle. We both fell asleep on the sofa.

When we woke up we were cuddled up close and went all the way.

I have really messed up and I feel too embarrassed to tell either of those two guys they might be a dad. I know they will both be annoyed. I feel really confused.

DEIDRE SAYS: Before talking to either of these men, work out how you feel about being pregnant and what you want to do.

Are you ready to be a good mum, put a child first and provide a secure, loving home?

You don’t have a partner, so be realistic. Unless you have parents to take up the strain, you will be pretty much doing this job on your own.

If the answer is, yes, you DO want to become a mum, you must tell these men.

They may be angry but they must know how babies are made. Explain you will want DNA tests when the baby is born to be sure which one is the dad.

Whatever your choice, you must take control of your life.
