LOCATION Location Location viewers blasted house hunters as "entitled toddlers" after they rejected EVERY house - despite being shown a selection of lovely properties.
Single woman Pip, who had a £280,000 budget, and couple Poppy and Mike, who had a £550,000 budget, were looking in Chester and the surrounding area.
Pip was desperate for a rural property with a garden big enough for a home office and her chickens - but she wanted a huge kitchen and three bedrooms too.
She was shown an idyllic listed cottage in North Wales which she didn't like as it was too far away from where she wanted to be.
But she also rejected a home in the village of Rhos in North Wales which met all her specifications.
"It doesn't seem rural enough," moaned Pip. "I don't like the location. The road is too close, I will hear it and I don't like the surrounding area."
She added: "It's very, very built up. It's not even rural at all. I wouldn't even class it as semi-rural."
Phil Spencer showed his frustration, telling the camera: "The door is shut, the book is closed. I'm not sure what to do from here."
And Kirstie pointed out with Pip's budget what she wanted simply didn't exist.
"If this house stood independently in a slightly more initially rural area I think it would be more expensive," she said.
"The fact is Pip's dream house would cost her more than she can afford.
"You perfect property is a £300,000-£320,000.
"You're conducting a £320,000 search with £280,000."
In the end Phil sat her down for a chat - and told her they had come to a dead end.
"We have to accept if it was in a better area, if it was further away from the road it would cost more money," he said.
But she refused to compromise on it.
One woman said on Twitter: "Hope no one from Rhos was watching."
So Phil took her an hour away from Cheshire to show her another - but she decided not to buy it either as she didn't feel it was right.
At the end of the show she was renting a holiday cottage.
Meanwhile, serial movers Poppy and Mike were also renting - but despite seemingly loving all three houses Kirstie showed them they didn't buy any.
And they moaned one huge property had bedrooms which were "too small".
In the end Poppy was desperate to buy a converted barn on the market for £550,000 and despite getting it for £530,000 it emerged they had pulled out because "too much work" was needed.
This left viewers confused.
"The perfect pristine house (with a piano in the hall) 'needed too much work'," one woman queried on Twitter.
Viewers were also confused as earlier in the show she appeared to prefer a house near Chester on the market for around £569,000 - despite a similar house being on offer for around £425,000.
"It needs a new kitchen," Poppy claimed - before Mike pointing out it just needed the kitchen cupboards replacing because she didn't like the colour.
A Tweeter said: "The people on tonight's episode?!
Want want want. Yeah we all want but our budget dictates what we can actually afford.

"Pip would rather live out of boxes than compromise. And 'I'd rather spend £100k more than £25k worth of renovating' needs to take a reality check.
Someone else said: "FFS neither buyers had any intention of buying anything, they never had the budget!
"You might as well take a load of toddlers around the National Gallery and ask the which paintings they want to buy!"
A viewer added: "These people on Location Location Location are so entitled!
"Want want want. Yeah we all want but our budget dictates what we can actually afford."
