Wedding shamers blast bridesmaids for wearing black ‘bin bag’ dresses and trainers to pal’s big day

ADMIT it - no bride has ever successfully picked a dress which all her bridesmaids were 100 per cent happy with. Fact.

But while most of us simply have to make our peace with an ill-fitting pastel gown, one bride went down a slightly different path when she picked a BLACK bridesmaid dress for her pals.

And to make matters worse, they've even been compared to "bin bags" online.

Inviting other users to comment on the, erm, controversial choice on the , a disapproving wedding shamer wrote: "I didn't know Hefty made a bridal line."

They then posted a picture of the four anonymous American bridemaids posing in their black, silk dresses.

And as much as we hate to admit it, they do sort of look like bin bags now that we think about it.

On the plus side, the divisive dresses have pockets which makes them a clear winner in our eyes.

The bridemaids are also pictured proudly showing off their matching teal trainers which are presumably the bride's "something blue".

In response to the criticism, one user replied: "I have many questions about this photo...

"What the hell are they wearing on their body and their feet?"

Side note: weddings can involve standing on your feet for up to 16 hours so you'll find us rocking the Converse to the next one we're invited to pls and thanks.

Another pointed: "The pockets are the only redeemable thing I can see here."

For more wedding horror stories, this Bridezilla has been mocked for demanding guests still send her a gift even if they can't attend the wedding.

And this bride whispered to the groom she took a "really big dump" before walking down the aisle - not realising he's wearing a microphone.

Plus a maid-of-honour who was told she could "wear anything" to the wedding baffled guests when she showed up in an inflatable dinosaur costume.
