A COUPLE have been labelled "crazy" by Location, Location, Location viewers after spending £317,000 on a tiny two-bed flat in Weybridge and covering it in mirrors to stop it looking so cramped.

Appearing on the most recent episode of the property show, first-time buyers Louise and Johnny admitted that they wanted to buy a flat just like the one they were already renting in Surrey.

In an attempt to maximise their limited space, the couple followed Kirstie's advice by filling the flat with mirrors to create the illusion of bigger and lighter rooms.

Describing how they did this in the bathroom, their nursery and their living room, Louise said: "Kirstie suggested putting two mirrors opposite each other to make it look bigger, so we installed them in and it creates more light and more space."
