If you're a man, we've got bad news for you, because this sexpert reckons ALL men "suck in bed" - and no, that's not a euphemism.
, Nadia Bokody said: "Here’s the thing every female friend I have secretly acknowledges: Most men suck at sex."
The writer, from Sydney, says the number of her mates who secretly finish themselves off with a vibrator would fill a football stadium.
But she says men still flood her inbox boasting about what amazing lovers they are, suggesting most blokes don't realise what a flop they really are.
Explaining porn is a rubbish source of sex education, because of its unrealistic presentation of female pleasure, she then listed all the things blokes should stop doing.
Nadia told her male readers women don't want to be "ploughed like sex is a race, and your penis is a toll of mass destruction" or twisted into "physically torturous positions".
She also jibed: "If it wouldn’t be too much of an inconvenience for you and your impatient boner, a few minutes of foreplay wouldn’t go astray."
But she says the blame shouldn't all be placed on blokes, because ladies need to speak up about their partners' shortcomings - instead of expecting them to read their minds.
Nadia argues keeping quiet is hurting all of us, and says she's speaking out so blokes have the right information to step things up.
"The sex up to this point hasn’t been great, guys," she concluded. "But I’m telling you because I know for a fact you’re capable of a whole lot better."
