Mum comes up with genius method of storing son’s footballs by mounting them on the wall as a design feature
A MUM has revealed her ingenious method for tidying up her son’s footballs – and making him a great feature wall in the process.
Parents know how annoying it is tripping over the kid’s toys – especially Lego – with footballs one of the harder pieces of kit to store.
Their bulky size means they take up a lot of room, no matter where you put them, but one mum came up with a brilliant idea for storing them.
After being inspired by seeing something similar online, she got wall-mounted ball brackets made up so she can stack up her son’s footballs vertically.
They're now out of the way, and make a great feature wall in the process.
Sharing her tip to Facebook group , she posted snaps of her partner’s handiwork.
One commented: “How’d u make these I need some.”
Another mum said: “My boys would love this great idea.”
A third wrote: “Boys will love this.”
This parent said: “Good idea.”
While someone added: “I need to do this.”
Other parents also recommended using plant pot holders, while others advised Amazon sells pre-made wall brackets for balls.
Plus this woman gave her bathroom a makeover - by creating a floor out on 1p coins.
And this mum created an incredible playhouse for her daughter under the stairs.
Meanwhile, this dad created a man cave under his stairs which other people have branded "genius".
