IF Jennifer Lopez hadn't been in the limelight since she was 16 - there's no way any of us would believe the star was 50 years old.
Last night, the Jenny from the Block singer performed a medley of her greatest hits during the Superbowl's Halftime show with Shakira and looked sensational in a series of figure-hugging catsuits.
Jennifer lit up the Hard Rock Stadium in with a VERY sexy pole dance inspired by her role in the 2019 movie Hustlers.
The star - who is engaged to baseball legend Alex Rodriguez - kicked off her performance in a pair of tight leather trousers and mini matching jacket before changing into a flesh-coloured bodysuit with revealing gem details.
And if you're anything like us and feeling VERY inspired to start hitting the gym, here's how the star has managed to maintain her envy-inducing figure over the years.
Muscle work
Sadly, a body like Jennifer's can't be achieved through diet alone.
The star has always been a keen gym bunny and uses varied muscle workouts to keep her tummy and arms toned.
According to , Jennifer is a big fan of the Gwyneth Paltrow-approved Tracy Anderson method which concentrates on smaller muscles to create a lean shape.
When she's in LA, Jennifer enlists Tracy to create workouts that focus on her core, things and bum - including sit-ups, crunches and trying to lift one set of weights for as long as possible.
Together, they "freestyle" their workouts using a combination of arm weights and lower body exercises which Tracy claims can give ANYONE a "strong, lean dancer's body" by "re-engineering muscular structure".
The hugely popular Tracy Anderson method involves doing the trainer's 60-minute Mat Workout four times a week combined with her cardio dance workout.
Dancing
As well as her singing and acting work, J'Lo is also known as a dancer - so it's no surprise that the star also uses it to keep fit.
She told : "Dance has always been a huge part of my life and taking the time to move my body and do something that's so good for me is key to my happiness.
"I am 100 per cent convinced that working out is part of what makes me so happy."
While filming Hustlers, Jennifer also mastered the art of pole-dancing.
The star was trained by Cirque du Soleil performer Johanna Sapakie for two months before filming began.
During that time, Jennifer worked out intensively to build the upper body and core strength she needed to support herself on the pole - although Sapakie didn't recommend specific exercises for her to do in between sessions.
She told Harper's Bazaar: "There wasn't anything specific like, 'Hey, you got to go home and do, you know, 10 sit-ups.'
"It was more like, the more you can work on the pole, the more you're going to tone the things that need to be toned anyway and you're getting the work done for the movie."
High Intensity Interval Training
When Jennifer isn't working out with Tracy Anderson in LA, she goes to celebrity trainer David Kirsch in New York for a more high intensity session.
Instead of conventional cardio, the trainer to the stars prefers his clients to do high-intensity interval training.
These can involve anything from kickboxing, circuit training, burpees and lunges - and this particular kind of high intensity training in short bursts has been proven to to increase fitness level and regulate blood sugar which helps you stay trim as you age.
David told that he does "a bit of everything" with Jennifer, including "planks, push ups and boxing".
According to David, the singer often uses stability balls in her workouts and is known to request them for her hotel rooms to fit in a quick fitness blast if she can't get a proper gym workout in.
Stability ball pikes and stability ball scissors are two exercises that David tries to incorporate into her routine often.
that she does side-plank oblique crunches in order to keep those abs trim and low squats to tone her behind.
Working out with Alex
It must be easy for Jennifer to stay motivated when her fiance is a former professional athlete.
Alex Rodriguez has often spoken out about his love of exercising with his future wife.
He told that they often go on bike rides together and lift weights.
He said: "Jennifer and I mix it up. We like to lift and we enjoy bike riding. She is a talented jock."
The couple are also said to enjoy taking pilates classes together and also do couples strength training.
Avoids processed foods
J Lo’s health regime starts on the plate, and she opts for nearly everything being organic.
For lunch, a typical meal will involve a salmon salad, or broccoli, peppers, and courgette drizzled with vinaigrette.
Dinner time consists of a protein-based dish with quinoa or baked yams.
She previously told US Weekly: "I like pork and chicken, especially Puerto Rican style!"
When she's after a snack, Jennifer also makes sure she has fruits and vegetable to hand - but told that chocolate chip cookies are her ultimate guilty pleasure.
Stays hydrated and avoids coffee
As she leads a VERY active lifestyle, Jennifer knows how important it is to stay hydrated.
She told : "Drinking plenty of water, especially before a workout, can help you push harder and get more out of your exercise routine.
"I try to keep my body hydrated and well rested after every workout. That way, I’m ready to hit it hard again the next day."
Not only does drinking water after a workout help repair your body, but staying hydrated helps replenish skin tissues which helps with elasticity as you age.
In an interview with , Jennifer's former trainer Dodd Romero says she drinks at least seven glasses of water a day.
However, the star also said she "hasn't had caffeine in years" which no doubt helps with her radiant complexion.
After working out, the star washes her face to "keep pores clean and skin feeling healthy" before putting on her morning moisturiser and a layer of eye cream.
