Jennifer Lopez, 50, defies her age with incredible body in Super Bowl halftime show – here’s how she does it

IF Jennifer Lopez hadn't been in the limelight since she was 16 - there's no way any of us would believe the star was 50 years old.

Last night, the Jenny from the Block singer performed a medley of her greatest hits during the Superbowl's Halftime show with Shakira and looked sensational in a series of figure-hugging catsuits.

Jennifer lit up the Hard Rock Stadium in  with a VERY sexy pole dance inspired by her role in the 2019 movie Hustlers.

The star - who is engaged to baseball legend Alex Rodriguez - kicked off her performance in a pair of tight leather trousers and mini matching jacket before changing into a flesh-coloured bodysuit with revealing gem details.

Muscle work

, Jennifer is a big fan of the Gwyneth Paltrow-approved Tracy Anderson method which concentrates on smaller muscles to create a lean shape.

When she's in LA, Jennifer enlists Tracy to create workouts that focus on her core, things and bum - including sit-ups, crunches and trying to lift one set of weights for as long as possible.

Together, they "freestyle" their workouts using a combination of arm weights and lower body exercises which Tracy claims can give ANYONE a "strong, lean dancer's body" by "re-engineering muscular structure".
