Mum shares incredible tip to clean her wedding rings and all you need is some soda water
A MUM has revealed her bargain tip for cleaning her wedding rings - and all you need is some soda water.
The Mrs Hinch fan revealed that after wearing her ring set everyday, inevitably it had picked up dirt and grime.
Rather than fork out loads to get it cleaned professionally, she turned to a household product which made them sparkle again.
She revealed she soaked her white gold rings in a bowl of sparkling soda water, and they came out looking good as new.
The fizzy drink, which costs as little as 35p at Asda, lifted dirt from every crevice of her rings - leaving a bowl full of filth.
She shared a snap of her shiny rings to Facebook group , showing off her clean jewellery.
She said: “Soaked my rings this morning in soda water for a few hours and bosh they are back to being super shiny again.
“If you zoom into the glass you can see all the dirt that has come out of the rings !!”
Fellow cleaning fans have praised her for sharing the tip, with her post racking up dozens of likes.
One person asked: “Just soda water ?”
Another said: “Wow need to try this with my rings, thanks for the tip.”
While this person commented: “Would tonic water work.”
