Cleaning mad mums are using Lenor dryer sheets in their vacuums as filters so it smells fresh every time they hoover

A CLEANING mad mum has come up with an ingenious way to keep her carpets smelling fresh every time she hoovers. 

Taking to the Facebook group , she revealed she puts Lenor dryer sheets in her vacuum as filters to leave a heavenly scent.

She advised: “Don't know if anyone else does this or if I've invented it myself.

“The lenor dryer sheet, are thin enough to put to on all your filters, mine is a shark.

“I've been doing this for a while now, I change them every week, and my actuall filters last so much longer as the sheets catch everything and blow an amazing smell thru the house.

“Disposable filters for your hoover!!”

The woman shared photos of her savvy hack showing the sheets placed in the top of her Shark vacuum. 

Many homeowners seemed keen to try the cleaning tip out for themselves, and it has racked up hundreds of likes online. 

One person wrote: “What a fab idea I will try this.”

Another added: “I put a few Lenor unstoppables under the main filter, booms the scent out a treat and lasts weeks!”
