The trio were all dressed in blue - matching landmarks lit up in the colour - as they gave a round of applause for workers on the frontline, battling the killer coronavirus.
Celebrities and politicians across the UK filmed themselves taking part in the mass applause, with Amanda Holden, The Beckhams and Boris Johnson among those sharing their support online.
Kate Middleton and Prince William shared the clip of their brood, aged six, four and 23-months-old, to their Instagram page, where it’s already been viewed nearly two million times.
The post said: “To all the doctors, nurses, carers, GPs, pharmacists, volunteers and other NHS staff working tirelessly to help those affected by #COVID19: thank you."
They added the hashtags ‘thank you NHS’ and ‘clap for NHS’.
The youngsters give a resounding applause in the 15-second long clip, with Prince Louis - who turns two next month - looking to each of his siblings for guidance, while Princess Charlotte lets out a giggle.
Thousands have praised the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, aged 38 and 37, for sharing such an intimate clip as the UK pulls together in the pandemic.
Countless people have commented on the video, admitting they were moved to tears by the clip, while frontline workers said it gave them a much-needed boost.
One person raved: “This is amazing and such brilliant support for the NHS!
“Your family are an inspiration during this difficult time (and children are cute!) Thankyou NHS!”
While this health worker said: “Thank you! This made me tear up! - signed a Pharmacist.”
A third commented: “This will lift the nations spirit.”
Another NHS worker wrote: “Oh wow this is adorable..thank you! I feel very humbled as a nurse #staysafe #stayhome #saveournhs.”
Someone else added: “The country needed this.”
Prince George and Princess Charlotte are being home-schooled as schools across the country shut to contain the virus.
The siblings, who attend the £19,000-a-year St Thomas’ school in Battersea, are thought to be receiving "remote learning" lessons at home.
The school, which has four sites at Battersea, Clapham, Kensington and Fulham said: "Due to the increasing numbers of children and staff being absent from school due to the Coronavirus situation, Thomas’s London Day Schools have decided to move to remote learning from Friday 20 March.”
Yesterday it was confirmed their grandfather, Prince Charles, has tested positive for coronavirus.
A statement from Clarence House confirmed the heir apparent, aged 71, tested positive for Covid-19.
They said: "The Prince of Wales has tested positive for Coronavirus.
"He has been displaying mild symptoms but otherwise remains in good health and has been working from home throughout the last few days as usual."
He and Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall are now self-isolating at home although the 72-year-old has tested negative for the virus.
