JOE Wicks has taken the nation by storm with his PE lessons for kids, which numerous parents have been attempting too.
And now seniors who are self-isolating at home can also join in the fun, as the cheeky fitness instructor has videos aimed at older people.

Joe has uploaded two videos to his popular The Body Coach YouTube channel which are aimed at “seniors or for anyone looking for something a bit lighter.”
is a shorter and less strenuous version of his daily PE lessons, and includes moves like marching and gentle boxing.
Meanwhile the second is a, and involves moves like shallow squatting onto a chair, and using a can of beans as light dumbells.
Joe advises: “Take care when exercising and if you don’t already exercise regularly take it slowly at first.”
He added you should consult a doctor or medical professional if you are unsure about the suitability of the workout.
While his usual PE lessons are 30 minutes in length, his senior workouts, which both have over 200,000 views, are just 10 minutes each and could be perfect for getting older people moving.
This comes as Prime Minister Boris Johnson said those over 70 must self-isolate at home for up to four months to stop them getting the virus.
It seems the senior tutorials have already impressed viewers, with one saying: “Haven’t exercised for years and now I’m doing this I’m loving it.
“Confined indoors for 12 weeks so this is my go to everyday. Can we have some more please.”
Another added: “My 79 year old Grandma tried this, this morning and she loved it. Thank you Joe.”
And one wrote: “Just made my 85 year old mum aware of these, Joe, thanks. You’re LITERALLY, a life saver, fella.”
Last week Joe launched his daily PE lessons, which air live on YouTube at 9am every weekday, after the nation was put on lockdown due to the coronavirus outbreak.
They have been such a roaring success, Joe has said he will donate all of his earnings from the videos to the NHS.
The Sun Online revealed that Joe’s subscribers had jumped up by almost one million after his week of workouts.

Joe, also known as The Body Coach, started out eight years ago, handing out flyers at tube stations in a bid to get people to attend his park bootcamps.
He had to borrow a £2,000 loan from his parents to start his Rumble In The Park classes, and so few people showed up that he was unable to pay them back.
Although he is passionate about nutritious meals now, Joe previously admitted he grew up on a council estate and his mum had “no idea about healthy eating”.
Instead, Joe grew up on a diet of pasta and sandwiches every night, and it wasn’t until he was older that he overhauled his meals.
It took a while to get his business off the ground, and Joe said in 2012 that he didn’t make “a single penny”.
JOE WICKS' PE LESSONS FOR THE NATION
The lessons called “PE with Joe” are streamed live on Wicks‘ You Tube channel at 9am.
‘The Body Coach TV’ channel has 1.2million subscribers and Monday’s first episode had over a million views.
There’s no need for any equipment with Wicks’ lessons designed to be done in living rooms using only bodyweight.
Wicks’ sessions will provide relief for parents who are indoors with children all day while they’re off school.
However, a determined Joe didn’t give up, and realised that he could reach people on Instagram through a gap in the market.
In 2014, when Instagram launched a video function, he began sharing motivational videos about fitness and nutrition for those looking for advice.
The videos started out with Joe chatting in his kitchen, and after eight months, he had built up 44,000 followers – with his count now standing at over three million.
We shared how Joe Wicks is in talks with Channel 4 to host a daily workout streamed to the nation.
And it was reported Joe won even MORE female fans as 9.2million parents tuned into his PE lessons.
Joe also revealed that he’s still giving free PE lessons to kids on his YouTube channel even though he has broken his hand.
