“So for us, around the age of eight or nine is when we have found our kids have questions and they don’t have any preconceived notions, it’s the least awkward, and their friends haven’t gotten to them to talk about their version of the birds and bees.

“We found if we wait until they are 10 or 11 most of the time they have learned all about it from somebody else other than us, and we want our kids to learn about that kind of stuff, that’s very important and special from their parents who love them.

“This is how we do it - a few days before I usually make a cute little invite and I place it on their pillow and they find it.

“And they are able to feel really special that they got a special invite to go on a mum and dad date, and it’s kind of a dress up fun thing. They look forward to it and it’s special.

“We usually go somewhere fun and kind of fancy and special, and we have the talk.”

She writes out the invite, complete with glitter, which says: “You are invited on a very special date! This is like no other date before, a special time to spend with mommy and daddy.”

She asks PaisLee her thoughts, to which she replies: “Your stomach.”

Tiffany starts off the ‘awkward’ conversation by asking her if she’s heard of the word ‘sex’, and PaisLee starts giggling and looks horrified.

Her mum reassures her, saying: “Well guess what, it’s not naughty. Isn’t that crazy. It’s actually very special.

, they said: “Awkward or Embarrassing as it may be, It's super important for us to teach our kiddos the beauty,  power and responsibility of creating children BEFORE they learn from other sources.

“For us the best age has been 8-9 yrs old. We like to give them a special invite and go on a ‘date night’ and create a treasured memory that can last a lifetime.
