Caffeine
- Grenade Energy, £1.99 for 330ml (11cal) from grenade.com/uk -
Grenade Energy is a sugar-free drink containing natural caffeine, electrolytes, vitamins and amino acids to build muscle and fight fatigue.
If you need a boost for work or the gym, this is great.
It’s clear and tastes fruity but also slightly metallic – and is a bit too sweet to be refreshing for me.
Turmeric
- DRGN, £1.75 for 200ml (53cal) from drgndrink.com -
Described as the world’s first “turmeric superdrink”, DRGN contains no caffeine but the turmeric is claimed to boost serotonin and dopamine in your body to alleviate chronic fatigue.
Contains ginger, black pepper, electrolytes and vitamins.
It is bright yellow and refreshing. Citrusy but refined, you can imagine drinking this in a glass as a mixer.
Plants
- Tenzing, £1.49 for 250ml (48cal) from Amazon.co.uk -
A refreshing, sparkly, clean herbal taste. I loved it.
Tenzing contains hydrating Himalayan rock salt and sparkling water, beet sugar, natural green coffee, green tea and guarana for energy plus reviving lemon juice and antioxidant-rich Indian gooseberry.
That’s it – so it is good for you too. My definite favourite. Plus 5 per cent of all profits go to charity.

Budget
- Absolute Collagen, 28-day supply costs £65.98 (£2.36 per sachet) from absolutecollagen.com -
Each 10ml serving contains 8,000mg of high-grade collagen.
Free from lactose, gluten and dairy with no artificial flavours, colours or added sugar.
My least favourite as this only contains vitamin C with the collagen plus it was far too bitter. Bearable mixed with water.
Mid-range
- Revive Collagen, 28 days’ worth of sachets for £67.98 (£2.43 per sachet) from revivecollagen.com -
Just launched by Towie’s Samantha Faiers.
Each 22g sachet contains 8,500mg of marine collagen.
Contains hyaluronic acid to help hydration and anti-inflammatory aloe vera.
My favourite taste – citrus. I drank straight from the sachet. Brilliant for the price.

More collagen does not necessarily mean best results – but this contains 13 ingredients to boost its performance.
Mango flavour. Pricey, but my favourite.
