Primark shoppers are raving about this £8 bag and reckon it’s just like the £585 Prada version
PRIMARK never fails to disappoint when it comes to trendy bargain buys - so it's not surprising that thrifty shoppers are completely obsessed with the newest must-have accessory available in store.
The hot new item is a super cute mini bag, which costs just £8 - and what's really got people talking is its incredible resemblance to an eye-watering £585 version by Prada.
The purse-friendly store took to its official page last week to share the release of the cross body bag which is a part of the Autumn/Winter 2020 range.
Eagle-eyed shoppers have since been desperate to snap one up and have been gushing about the designer-esque bag online - although many have been left disappointed to find some stores have already sold out.
The autumn must-have can be worn across the body or over the shoulder, and comes with an attached mini purse too.
While it's also available in black and brown, people are eyeing out the beige version which is almost identical to the expensive designer purse.
One of the few differences between to the two versions is Prada's branded motif across the front of the bag.
But if you aren't too fussed about the name and simply love the design, you can't go wrong with Primark's cheaper version - which will save you a whopping £577.
One shopper was thrilled to have bagged one herself and shared a snap of it online - along with some other cheap buys she'd picked up.
Posting in the Primark Haul Facebook group, she wrote: "Todays buys. Finally got the bag bag!!!!"
Commenting on the post, one person wrote: "I got my one yesterday and was so happy"
While others shared thier eagerness to grab one too, despite not having been successful just yet.
Elsewhere, another woman wrote: "Anyone sees any of these in the glasgow stores please let me know?"
While another shopper spotted the bag in her local store and shared it for those nearby.
She wrote: "Primark argyle street has the prada du9e bag in black!!
No cream or brown."
And another shared: "I got the very last one at my branch today! Apparently they got a delivery Saturday morning and by Saturday evening they had all gone I found mine hanging at the back of a load of shoes right on the bottom."
Since Primark shared the Instagram post with its 8.5 million followers it's received almost 30k likes and hundreds of comments from people gushing over the design.
So if you're keen to try your luck, we suggest heading in store NOW, because whatever's left won't be around for long.
