The fashion lover, who works in hospitality in the beauty industry said Pennys was the first shop she saw on her trip to Ireland and admitted that it was like ‘love at first sight’.

Due to now living permanently in Switzerland, Fruzsi can only visit her favourite shop twice-a-year and recently made her biggest shopping trip yet to Primark in France.

She filled her car boot with 18 full Primark bags - with jeans, trousers, shirts, dresses, duvets and shoes and spent €1000 (£899) after an epic eight-hour shopping trip.

She said: “Primark has occupied a special place in my heart since 2006. That’s when I moved to Ireland briefly. I remember Penneys was the first shop I saw and it was love at first sight.

“Primark is more than just shopping for me. My mother taught me how important appearance is and the warmth of home. She also loved Primark!

“The most I have spent is nearly €1000 and that was 18 shopping bags. I can’t wait to wear my new chic boots and my classic white shirt which I have been looking for so many years.”

Fruzsi believes Primark is more than ‘just shopping’ to her as she believes it represents the importance of appearance.

She has only happy memories of her Primark shopping trips - explaining that her sister and mum are also big Primark fans.

And on another shopping occasion, they left the Primark Lyon store in France with four suitcases full of new purchases.

The shopaholic said she is only able to visit the store twice-a-year so she is always keen to use the shopping time to buy wardrobe essentials as well as extra fashion bargains.

She said: “Primark is a sense of life and let’s not forget that Primark has the softest blankets in the world!

“We went by car most recently to Dijon as it’s only two-and-a-half hours from Lausanne. I left Primark with 18 bags as I always find special pieces!

“Covid didn’t affect our shopping trip. There were plenty of walkways available in the store and we only had to queue for 20 minutes at the checkout.’

Revealing her latest Primark shopping haul, Fruzsi said she picked up new jeans, shirts and lingerie as well as a new duvet.
