IF YOU thought you needed to splash the cash to give your bathroom a much-needed revamp, then think again.
One interior fan has proven that a bunch of budget buys and a sense of style is all you need to freshen up your bathroom without breaking the bank.
DIY enthusiast and influencer Vaida is known for sharing her house renovations online via and has transformed everything from her bedroom to her garden decking.
She left hundreds of people impressed, after revealing how she spruced up her plain black and white bathroom for less than £100.
Snapping up purse-friendly items, including budget peel & stick tiles for £35 from Dunelm that totally transformed her floor, Vaida was left with a much more stylish and lighter bathroom that looks way more expensive than it actually was to put together.
In her video, she showed off what her original bathroom had looked like before getting stuck in and transforming it step-by-step.
First, she gave the black tiles a much-needed revamp by adding peel & stick patterned tiles that require no tools and can be laid fuss-free.
Vaida then added a chic black and white vintage-style shower curtain she picked up on Amazon for just £10.
She then laid out a palm-leaf printed bath mat (costing £10 from Home Sense) to add a pop of colour.
Finishing touches included a gold-edged beauty mirror (£8, Wilko) lined up next to a decorative piece of coral on the windowsill (£12, Jysk) and a rattan planter () she positioned in between the toilet and the sink.
Without pulling apart the bathroom fixtures or even throwing on a different coat of paint, Vaida's budget buys immediately freshened up her bathroom and gave it a whole new look.
In total, the flooring and all her bathroom accessories cost her just £97.
People were quick to comment on her bathroom's glow up, with one person loving the finished look as they posted: "Such a cute makeover."
Another said: "Looks so beautiful," while a third wrote: "This is amazing."
"Gorgeous styling I love that planter," added one more fan.
Impressed by how effortless the transformation looked, one person said: "You made that all look so simple. Looks fab."
