A MILLIONAIRE mum-of-two was shocked as her daughter begged her to stop “overworking constantly” on Channel 5's Rich House, Poor House.

Kelly and husband Rob live in a five-bedroom mansion and have £1,600 each week to spend raising Sienna, eight and Bella, four.

The privileged family also has help from a nanny housekeeper in keeping the home running smoothly.

So they were in for a shock on tonight’s show as they swapped lives with Natalie and Nikki Ryan, who have just £100 each week to raise their kids.

During the TV experiment, working mum Kelly got a wake-up call, as she realised she needs to spend more time with her kids and never does the school run.

She said: “It has made me realise the time I spent with the girls needs to be quality time to focus on them and not being distracted with work.

“I might do the school run more than once every three weeks.”

Kelly and Robert were shocked when they moved into Natalie and Nikki's home, with Kelly saying she was a “bit scared.”

Rob observed: “I don't know how the family manage, really, because they got three kids but only two bedrooms.”

The wealthy couple also struggled with the old bed, which left Kelly feeling tired and the broken boiler, which resulted in them having no hot water.

Daughter Sienna decided to open up to her parents during their time together, and said: “Maybe some days surprise me and pick me up.”

The young girl told the camera: “It's been nice to spend more time with my mum and dad because they're normally working constantly.”

Dad was upset by the revelation and said: “It's always surprising when they're quite forward like that, you only live once and the business is really important but so is family time as well.”

Meanwhile, struggling Natalie said childcare has held her back when it has come to her financial stability when raising her son from a previous relationship Luca, 13, Kyan Brody, seven, and their daughter Veronica Rose, who is 19 months.

Natalie was just 15 when she felt pregnant with Luca, and he suffers from autism and ADHD.

She works as a wedding planner, but business has recently taken a back seat.

To make matters worse, Natalie and husband Nikki, who works as a joiner, have racked up £30,000 in debt.

Nikki admitted: “The spiral started as soon as we lived in our first flat.”

Natalie said: “We just started buying things that we didn't have the money for and we needed.”

They were gobsmacked when they saw how the other half lived and swapped lives with the Filistad family, who have their own cinema and home office.

Natalie said: “I knew it was a rich family house, but I never thought it'd be so extravagant”.

She admitted: “I had a few tears earlier because it just dawns on me it is such a wonderful house and it's not necessary the life, it's a wonderful lifestyle that Kelly and Rob have created for their kids.

“It's a mixture of emotions, a mixture of ‘I want to work harder, I want this for my kids’ and the other is part of me is asking ‘can I do it, it is something in can aspire to or is it something I could never reach in my life?’”

After swapping lives, Kelly and Rob decide to help Nikki and Natalie.

Rob told Natalie: “I think it's very exciting now that you have your wedding business. You know that by having the business there's unlimited earning potential.”

Kelly added: “We looked at your branding and your website and the fact you've done that and you're where you are and you also have three children, you're incredible.

“There's obviously almost two years worth of bride and grooms who haven't been able to get married, there's a very good opportunity."

She offers to help advertise Natalie’s business and even orders them a memory foam mattress for the bed.

Natalie gushed: “I don't think there's words for it.”

Kelly concluded: “I guess this experience has given me even more drive and determination, if it's possible.

“It also made me realise the time I spent with the girls needs to be quality time to focus on them and not being distracted with work.

“I might do the school run more than once every three weeks.”
