AS much as we'd love to have bespoke blinds fitted in every room in our house, it's the eye-watering price that always puts us off.

But while it's something we always assumed we'd have to spend a small fortune on, savvy DIY fans are here to tell us otherwise.

Posting on the Facebook group , one shopper proudly shared a photo of her new IKEA blinds.

But these aren't just any IKEA blinds - no, this purse-friendly product promises to fit ALL windows.

Having stuck them to her back door, the woman wrote: "£3.50 for each blind from Ikea.

"Just stick down with tape. Happy days!"

What's more, the SCHOTTIS blinds easily stick to the window frame without any drilling required.

Meanwhile, the blinds have also been designed to be cut to shape so they specifically fit your window.

The post racked up hundreds of comments and "likes" since it was shared earlier this week.

And other members of the group were full of praise for the blinds too.

One replied: "We put these on our Conservatory roof after being quoted £4,000 for blinds... they have been up 2 years and they are amazing!"

Another raved: "They also do black ones, which work great as black out blinds."

"I have these in black for the children's bedrooms," a third gushed. "Best blackout blinds ever!!"

And if that wasn't enough, they're available in either white or dark grey too. *adds to basket*
