WHEN you become a new mum, your eight hours of sleep is the first thing to go straight out the window.
But at least you can rely on some home comforts to get you through those first few weeks - something mum-of-two Mrs Hinch knows all too well.
Last night, the cleanfluencer gave her 4.2million followers a glimpse inside her trip to visit BFF Stacey Solomon - who just gave birth to her baby girl Rose.
With her baby Lennie in tow, Sophie cuddled up on the sofa next to Stacey as she held Rose for the first time.
Sharing a heartwarming photo of the moment, Sophie wrote: "Never have I held such a precious Rose.
"Welcome to the world beautiful. I love you both so much Stacey Solomon. (P.S. our mum buns are on point)."

Writing under the heartwarming snap, Stacey penned: "We love you so so much."
But before she left, Sophie made sure to leave her best friend a present - and it's sweet in every literal sense of the word.

Over on her Instagram stories, Sophie told Stacey to "check under her pillow".
The star then jumped to a video of her placing a plastic tube of mini Daim bars - Stacey's favourite chocolate - in her bed.
The two women previously welcomed sons just weeks apart, with Stacey's son Rex born in May 2019, and Sophie's first-born Ronnie in June of the same year.
Sophie welcomed second son Lennie in May, and last week, the 32-year-old star gave birth to her little girl, which was also her birthday.
