IF YOU’RE feeling the pinch this Christmas then making your presents can be a great way of saving money on gifts.
And one crafty vlogger has revealed how you can make a designer style vase for just a couple of quid using Poundland items.
Liyana shared her tutorial on YouTube channel where she revealed the three easy steps to make a face vase.
The YouTuber was inspired by “trendy abstract” decor that’s “usually quite expensive” with face vases normally selling for around £20 on Etsy.
She adds: “No one will be able to tell because it really does look like it’s been bought from a shop.”
Liyana picked up a clear vase for just a £1 in Poundland, as well as some modelling clay costing a quid from the toy section.
She finally bagged some grey spray paint from Wilko for £5.50.
She begins by rolling out the modelling clay piece by piece to create the shapes for the face.

She then arranges the shapes to find one she’s happy with before sticking them to the vase.
The final step is to spray paint the entire piece grey to make it look as though it is made out of clay.
Viewers were seriously impressed, comparing her finished vase to Picasso.
