Celebrities who put insurance on their bodies: Jennifer Lopez, Rihanna, Julia Roberts, Madonna, and more

PAYING for insurance can be quite annoying when you’ve got to pick one for your home, your car, and even your health.

But celebrities have to go a step further and sometimes put insurance on the different parts of their body that have helped them rise to fame.

From Jennifer Lopez to Madonna, here are the celebrities who are paying some extra cash to protect their assets:

JENNIFER LOPEZ

Body part: Butt

Insurance: $300M

The singer and actress laughed off the long-running rumor that her butt is insured on an episode of Carpool Karaoke.

“Something happens to it? It disappears? Somebody steals it?” she joked, wondering what would be the point of insuring her backside. Regardless, the rumor still prevails.

RIHANNA

Body part: Legs

Insurance: $1M

According to a  article, the singer and actress insured her legs for $1million after winning the Venus Breeze “Celebrity Legs of a Goddess” Award.

Insurance: $30M

Actress Julia Roberts had been known for decades for her famous smile. And stLife, it’s insured for a whopping $30million.

MADONNA

Body part: Breasts

Insurance: $2M

According to reports, pop icon Madonna insured her breasts for $2million because she believed her career would seriously suffer if anything ever happened to them.

HOLLY MADISON

Body part: Breasts

Insurance: $1M

The playboy bunny took out the insurance policy in 2011, noting that her career would seriously suffer if anything were to happen to her chest.

DOLLY PARTON

Body part: Breasts

Insurance: $600K

Dolly, the much-loved country singer who reportedly has a size 40DD chest, insured her breasts for $600,000, according to multiple reports.

MARIAH CAREY

Body part: Legs

Insurance: $1B

According to TMZ, Mariah Carey took out a $35 million insurance policy on her voice and another $35 million policy on her legs.

KEITH RICHARDS

Body part: Hands

Insurance: $1.6M

Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richard took out a $1.6 million policy thorough  covering the hands that made him an international rock star.

HEIDI KLUM

Body part: Legs

Insurance: $2M

Model Heidi Klum confirmed during an interview on Ellen that one of her legs is actually worth more than the other.

“One was actually more expensive than the other because when I was young, I fell into a glass and I have, like, a big scar,” she said.

JAMIE LEE CURTIS

Body part: Legs

Insurance: $2.8M

In 1996, beloved actress Jamie Lee Curtis became the spokeswoman for L’Eggs Pantyhose and shortly after, her legs were insured for $2.8million.

TINA TURNER

Body part: Legs

Insurance: $3.2M

The world-renowned singer is also known for her legs, which she took a $3.2million insurance policy out on.

BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN

Body part: Vocal cords

Insurance: $6M

The Jersey-born singer has quite the hefty price tag attached to her famous vocal cords. Springsteen reportedly took out a $6million insurance policy on his voice.

DANIEL CRAIG

Body part: Entire body

Insurance: $9.5M

The James Bond star reportedly took out a $9.5 million insurance policy on his entire body before filming the 2008 film “Quantum of Solace,” according to People
