The Radfords reveal plans to build their own home – after spending thousands doing up their millionaire mansion
THEY have spent the past year renovating their millionaire mansion, but Britain’s biggest family are ready to move on.
Sue and Noel Radford hosted a Q&A for fans on their channel, where they revealed plans to build their very own home for their bumper brood.

Mum-of-22 Sue, from Morecambe, said fans had been keen to know about their housing situation, before dad Noel finally spilled the beans.
Speaking in the video, he said: “We are trying our best to find a plot so we can build our own house.
“We have found four so far, three of them have sold and the other one we will find out on Monday if that one sold, so fingers crossed.”
The couple are looking for a plot within half an hour’s distance of their current home, a former care home in Morecambe, and want land that has already been granted planning permission so they can start building straight away.
Noel continued: “We’re only ever going to build this one house so it’s got to be right, we want somewhere that’s got enough land for us.
“We want about an acre so we can build a big-ish house for us all but we also want there to be plenty of space so that the kids can get out and play.”

Sue added: “It’s so hard to find land that’s available and in the right location of where you want it.
“We want the kids to have their own space, it needs to be bigger basically, we’ve grown out of this house.”
The couple, who are aiming to build a 12 bedroom home, said that they are also considering buying a smaller property that they can add an extension.
Either way they aim to begin building in 2022.
The news might come as a surprise to some fans as the couple have spent the past year or so documenting their expensive renovations on their current home.
In January last year the parents had a new roof fitted, and the windows replaced as well as redecorating the kids' bedrooms and re-plastering much of the home.
They renovated the entire top floor of their home in April and in August Sue shared her bathroom's very glam makeover with a free-standing bath.
The garden has also received an upgrade in recent years, with a hot tub, outdoor bar being fitted and most recently a new wall being built in September.
