I’m six months pregnant and can ‘vacuum’ my baby bump – with one breath the whole thing disappears
A MUM has sparked concern online after showing viewers how she can make her pregnancy bump disappear.
Tammy Hembrow, a fitness influencer posted the baffling video on TikTok, where it has been viewed over 13 million times.
Tammy is currently expecting her third child with her fiancé, Matt Poole, an athlete.
The 27-year-old Aussie raised concerns among viewers when she was able to make her 24-week pregnancy bump vanish with just one deep breath.
She captioned the video: "When you're over being pregnant."
Tammy already has two children with her ex-partner, Reece Hawkins, her son Wolf, 6, and daughter Saskia, 5.
In the video, Tammy can be seen from the side, with her bump clearly visible to users.
As the song she plays over the video says 'Poof, be gone' Tammy breathes in and suddenly her bump is gone.
Many viewers asked where the baby had gone and whether it was okay to do that whilst pregnant.
One person wrote: "The baby is it ok?"
As Tammy takes a deep breathe in she expands her rib cage, she then tenses her muscles which makes her bump look flat.
The NHS states that if you were already active before pregnancy it can be a good idea to do some stomach strengthening exercises to help with blood circulation and ease backache.
Not all core exercises are recommended for pregnancy, so it's best to do some research on which ones are safe for you and your baby.
One mum reveals her pregnancy bump was so tiny even doctors questioned if she was actually pregnant.
