I’m a Walmart employee and I know how to get discounted meals – the in-store secrets customers don’t know
A WALMART employee has revealed that the best time to go to the deli is not during the day.
If you actually go at night, you'll get much better savings.
Taking to Reddit, a former employee of the popular store shared that if you come to the "Walmart deli after 7 or 8 pm," you'll get discounted food.
"We mark everything down," he claimed.
"You're welcome!"
Following the employee's advice, many took to the comment section to thank him for his money-saving tip.
One person wrote: "As a broke student, I thank you."
A second person asked if it was hot food or deli cuts, and he replied that it's mainly the hot meals, including whole chickens.
But that's not the only secret Walmart has been keeping from its customers.
The store is super easy to spot with its now very recognizable yellow "flower" logo, but it turns out, Walmart's logo has a much deeper meaning.
Additionally, Walmart in a statement that the new logo was to symbolize their newly enhanced stores.
"This update to the logo is simply a reflection of the refresh taking place inside our stores and our renewed sense of purpose to help people save money so they can live better."
