When Angelika's hair started falling out in clumps she wasn't sure if it would ever look the same again.
The holistic health enthusiast tried something different and claims to have seen a massive difference over the last six months.
The hair hopeful created her own spray mixture in a bid to grow back some of the hair she lost.
The spray is so easy to make, since most people already own the ingredients.

The hair whizz explained: "Every time I would brush my fingers through my hair 20-25 strands would fall out.
"I had to sweep my apartment constantly and was embarrassed to discard huge piles of hair in the trash."
Angelika added her home-made spray into her post shower routine and claims "It's made a huge impact on my hair growth, texture and shine."
All you need to make the spray is fresh rosemary, fresh lavender, apple cider vinegar and filtered water.

Add 1 tbsp of fresh lavender, 4 sprigs of rosemary, to a pot and cover with boiling water and allow to steep.
Once the water has cooled, strain and add a splash of apple cider vinegar and rosemary essential oil.
Add to a spray bottle, you can clean out one your already own to safe buying another.
The hair pro says that the mixture should last in the fridge for up to two weeks.
Simply apply three times a week to your wet hair and massage it into your scalp, she adivsed.
