Incredible optical illusion appears to show woman’s VERY shiny legs – but not all is as it seems
AN INCREDIBLE optical illusion of a women’s very shiny legs has divided opinion online with people split over what they see.
In similar fashion to THAT viral dress, social media users debated over the image which appears to change upon second viewing.
At first glance, many reportedly saw the pair of oiled up legs settled side by side on a white flooring.
But if you look closely, you’ll notice that the legs have streaks of white lines painted on them – despite what many initially thought.
After discovering the illusion one user wrote on Twitter: “In a small image they look shiny. Open up with image and it's more clearly paint. Interesting.”
A second added: “Without a doubt, white paint. There are no light reflections or distortions on the legs as there would be if oiled.”

While a third quipped: “I literally thought you’d slathered your legs in gloss before starting at it ages. I’m such an idiot.”
The image was shared on Instragram by Hunter Culverhouse earlier this week after she had finished her homework for an art class.
She claims the effect was completely unintentional.
She told : “I had some white paint left on my brush and put random lines on my legs, turned out to be a completely confusing picture for everyone on the Internet.”
