My neighbour wrote a letter to my landlord & tried to get me evicted because he didn’t like my ‘filthy’ door knocker

A BLOKE was left baffled after a neighbour complained about him to their landlord because of his door knocker.

Taking to Reddit the bloke shared the letter that had been sent to his landlord, urging them to evict their current tenant because of the ‘filthy’ knocker.

The letter read: “I am writing to you to make a formal complaint about the door knocker affixed to the door on Apartment [redacted.]

“As you know, the school bus waits across the street every morning at 8:30am and children are exposed to the knocker’s genitalia.

“Also there are many Mormon young men on missions who live in this complex who do not need to be exposed to such filth.”

The ‘concerned neighbour’ then attached an image of the offending knocker which took the form of a naked man with a toned torso.

However, it was the knocker itself which caused offence with the man’s oversized testicales acting as such.

The neighbour finished their note by adding: “Please evict them immediately.”

The knocker divided opinion among fellow Redditors, many of whom actually agreed with the neighbour.

One wrote: “I mean you clearly purchased it to elicit a reaction and now your have received one.”

“The balls aren't there for some noble expression of art. They're there to make other people's lives just a little worse. And life is s****y enough,” agreed another.

A third added: “100% completely understand the letter.”

However, there were a few who took the bloke’s side.

“An extreme reaction,” wrote one, while another agreed, “Eviction is very extreme.”
