A TikTok page called promotes tons of interesting videos filled with fun facts about entrepreneurship and businesses around the globe.

One of their videos comes from an unnamed blonde woman who knows quite a bit about the undercover secrets of Trader Joe’s.

She starts off her video by saying: “If you feel like Trader Joe’s is living rent-free in your head, there’s a reason why.”

One of the interesting gems of knowledge she drops about Trader Joe’s is the real reason their employees always look like they're stocking shelves.

Interestingly enough, it has nothing to do with not having enough inventory!

You’ll always see Trader Joe’s employees re-organizing items on shelves so they can be easily accessible to shoppers.

If it’s super easy for shoppers to make conversation with employees, shoppers will undoubtedly find every single item on their shopping list.

Trader Joe’s employees can also utilize these opportunities to tell shoppers about any new products on the floor.

It might look as though Trader Joe’s employees are focused on handling stock levels in every aisle, but that’s simply not the case.

Shoppers who have all their questions being answered by informed workers are more likely to purchase more items.

Shoppers who are easily guided in the right direction with help from nearby workers are obviously more likely to fill up their shopping cart.
