THE OWNER of Britain's "CHEAPEST clothes shop" claims punters can get big-brand products 70 per cent cheaper than in normal shops.

The couple started buying a selling clothes on eBay - before expanding to their real-life shop in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.

The shop is full to the brim of discounted clothes, including a Topshop dress with a RRP price of £39.

But shoppers at Moda Imperiale can pick it up for just £15.

The biggest bargain in the store is a Dorothy Perkins blue maxi dress, with an RRP price of £65. Shane and Jessica sell it for just £15.

The couple source their stock at auction from other vendors that go into liquidation.

While items in Shane and Jessica's shop may be a few seasons out of date, they're all brand new.

Shane said: "We sell them so cheap as we try and sell numbers, not make money so we can have a big customer base.

";The cheaper our clothes are, the busier we are.

"On our opening evening, we made £1,000 - which averages out to about 100 items.

"We still sell on eBay, so we make about £1000 online a week, and then £1500 a week in the store and our most popular items are Topshop jeans or summer dresses.

"We have lots of regular customers, and our biggest sale was for £124, where a lady bought four pairs of Topshop jeans, dresses and hoodies."

Other bargains at the shop include a Jack Wills top for £15 and Topshop jeans for £22.

Meanwhile a pair of boots from Topshop cost just £20 at Shane and Jessica's shop - but would have been £59 in store.

FASHION FIX

Punters were quick to dub the clothes shop the "cheapest" in the UK.

Judith Liversage, 64, from Saddleworth, Greater Manchester, purchased a Dorothy Perkins jumper for just £9 at the shop today.

It was originally £22.

She said: "This is my second time browsing, but my first time buying something.

"Everything is so cheap, it's good quality but affordable and there is something that appeals to everyone.

"I like to get all dressed up, but I don't want to spend loads.
