Tyson went on to become a champion boxer, and in more recent years, Paris a household name thanks to her books and this year, the family Netflix show - At Home With The Furys - which is hugely popular.

Despite being in the limelight, and having gone through a lot of highs and lows, the pair are as strong as ever.

While Tyson might stand at 6ft 9ins and Paris at 5ft 8ins, The Sun's body language expert, Judi James reveals to Fabulous that it's definitely Paris who's in charge of the muscle man.

Judi says: "On the one hand, we have the man-mountain of a boxer whose facial expressions and gestures suggest some levels of shyness might lie underneath that tough, alpha male exterior.

"His more petite wife Paris tends to look more dominant and confident beneath all the external glamour."

Stroke of luck

After being crowned the world champion, Tyson swept in for an affectionate scene with his wife.

Judi says: "The forehead kiss from Tyson is totally romantic and prompted a closed-eye smile of pride from Paris."

At their daughter, Athena's, christening the pair seem just as smitten as they did when they first met.

Judi observes: "Tyson is caught looking down at his wife as though he can barely believe his luck.

"The rather gentle hand on her arm hints at a very caring, almost old-fashioned expression of affection, while her hand on his bicep is a way of flattering his physical strength and power."

Steering the wheel

Paris is often giving fans updates on family life over on Instagram but it's not just behind closed doors that the couple displays their affection.

The proud wife made sure to be the first person to congratulate Tyson on his win in the ring.

The body language expert explains: "In the ring, we can see how Paris takes the lead in her ritual of congratulating her husband after a fight.

"Tyson and Paris’s body language together makes them look like the sweetest couple, mainly because they seem to play against type."

She adds "His torso still stands forward as she stretches her spine and neck to plant a reward kiss on his mouth.

"Tyson’s raised brows and sideways turned head suggest some surprise, as though the kiss was unexpected but it’s Paris’s firm, clamping grip on his back that registers determination.

"Her fingertips are almost lost in his flesh, showing she’s the one steering this particular kiss.

Not so tough love

While Paris seems more like the social leader in their dynamic, Tyson often plays a more passive role and looks on at Paris totally smitten says the expert.

In this particular photo, The body language expert reveals their body language almost portrays an adult/child dynamic.

Judi adds: "The selfie in the lift is almost parent/child, with Paris posing in adult-style at the front with her leg splay signaling confidence while Tyson sticks his tongue out like a playful child behind her."

Lead the way

When speaking to the press it is once again Paris who takes the lead in conversation as Tyson takes a more relaxed approach.

The body language expert observes: "Tyson’s wide leg splay on the This Morning sofa looks pure alpha but his hands are clasped in front of his body which, along with his shy-looking smile, hints that he’s less confident about leading the conversation.

"Paris’s hands are raised near her face and the gesture looks emphatic and ‘chatty.’

"She’s the more active communicator here and her wide smile and eye contact suggest confident engagement."

Taking it all in his pride

Although Paris is usually the one leading, this image shows Tyson is more than happy to take a leading role when it comes to protecting his wife.

Judi explains: "Tyson can tend to walk slightly in front of Paris, with his hand on top in the clasp, suggesting he might have a protective approach towards his wife.

"His smile is less confident here though and more polite, while hers included rounded cheeks that suggest a more outgoing personality.

"Her wide stride, swinging arm and raised chin all suggest confidence."
