MEGHAN Markle has today appeared to take a swipe at claims by Palace insiders she was "Duchess Difficult".
In an explosive rebuttal to the label, the 41-year-old told her new podcast that setting boundaries doesn't make her "difficult".
And she added that she wants to "stop whispering and tiptoeing around" through fear of being misconstrued in life.
The Duchess told her Archetypes podcast on Spotify: "You're allowed to set a boundary, you're allowed to be clear.
"That does not make you demanding, it does not make you difficult - it makes you clear."
The California-based mum-of-two went on to set the record straight, warning that being "particular" and having certain mannerisms should also not be taken as being "difficult".

"And you're like - oh my God, stop, stop whispering and tiptoeing and say what it is that you need.
"You're allowed to set a boundary. You're allowed to be clear, does not make you demanding, it does not make you difficult, it makes you clear."
