A SELF-MADE multi-millionaire has revealed that she picks her next property purchase based on whether she can get a good selfie.

Linsey Donavan, 23, didn't have much money growing up in Maryland but has since established a property portfolio worth over $7 million dollars.

Linsey, who made her fortune by streaming videos on social media decided to invest the money into property.

As well as spending her money wisely Linsey also loves to splurge on high-end items.

Linsey told Truly that she likes to treat herself from time to time – and has splashed out a staggering £391k on cars and has also spent £900 on a collar and leash for her pooch.

The multi-millionaire recently took to Instagram to show that she was on the hunt for a new property.

She posed for a selfie outside a property she was interested in buying.

Linsey wrote: "Before I buy a property I always have to make sure I can get good selfies."

She revealed that she made her first million at just 19 years old after moving to Florida to pursue her social media career.

Now the young millionaire lives in a plush $2m mansion that's so big her dogs have their own bedrooms.

Her bedroom, which is painted pink and decked out to look like Barbie's room, is 2,000 square feet, which is the size of a home, she told .

But the millionaire's lavish life has also attracted negative attention.

Her was inundated with comments saying how beautiful she looked, but some said she was 'out of touch' for posting the picture.

One wrote: "So out of touch you might as well be Saturn lmao.

"Happy for ya though, wish I could afford a mansion."

Another person added: "What a dumb f***ing thing to say."

A third penned: "Most of us will likely never own anything in our entire lives, enjoy your new property selfies though lmao."
