Joe Wicks on hating diets and why SLEEP is the secret to weight loss
WE have drooled over his abs and over his healthy recipes - and today Joe Wicks is exclusively sharing more of both with Sun readers.
To celebrate the launch of his third book, Lean in 15: The Sustain Plan, the trainer has teamed up with his favourite newspaper to share new 15-minute meals and workouts to shed pounds.
The Instagram sensation has revealed that he also has another secret to looking so good — SLEEP.
The Londoner, 31, better known to millions of fans as The Body Coach, says: "A good night's sleep is one of the secrets to fat loss.
"Cortisol is our fat-storing hormone, if this is elevated through stress or tiredness, it's going to be a lot harder to shift those extra pounds. Getting a good night's sleep really helps to bring this down."
Joe broke publishing records with his first book, Lean in 15, which came out last December and became the fourth best-selling cookbook of all time in Britain.
His first two books are still the year's most-ordered books on Amazon UK.
And with his third, out on Thursday, already topping pre-order charts Joe looks set to have even more of us ditching unhealthy habits and cooking up his famously tasty 15-minute meals.
Joe says: "The new book has 100 new recipes, improved flavours and even more workouts. I can't wait for everyone to see it, it's the best book yet."
And of course readers also get Joe's tips on maintaining a healthy lifestyle long-term — including that all-important shut-eye.

"I listen to Magic radio and have an infuser by my bed — I might sound like an old man, but I fall asleep straight away.
"It also means I wake up with bags of energy. It's all about balance. This practical, day-to-day stuff is what will lead you to long-term, lean success."
Joe's quick and easy recipes, which started off as 15-second clips on Instagram, gained him millions of followers online.
Inside he shares brand-new recipes as well as exercise tips. And the best thing about signing up to the Joe Wicks way of life? There isn't a diet in sight.
He says: "I hate diets. Diets all work on the premise of deprivation, cutting stuff out, and it's not sustainable.
"My plan works because it's about being able to stick to something for longer than a week. I'm swiping them out the way and saying — eat well, work out and be happy."
