40-year-old Jess (@nursejessxo) was a nurse for 20 years before she began flaunting her beauty on TikTok – and she said she has “found a new way to take care of you” that doesn’t involve any hospital visits.

Even though the mother-of-four added the title of “grandma” to her credentials, she’s not letting that stop her from donning skimpy looks.
