I spent £2k on an extreme post break-up glow up – I got a whole new set of teeth as well as your basic manicure
A WOMAN has revealed she spent £2k on an extreme post-break-up glow-up – including a new set of teeth, as well as eyelash extensions, new nails, and a hair refresh.
We’ve all been there – you’re back on the single market, and feeling a little down on yourself, so you consider a fresh trim to make yourself feel better.
But Millie took it a step further, claiming to have spent more than £2,000 on cosmetic procedures and treatments after splitting with her ex.
She said: “So honestly I made a few mistakes during this gow-up video. I went through a series of treatments – very random treatments actually – all in an attempt to glow up because things just weren’t looking good for me.”
The went on to explain that the first step in her transformation was a manicure – and claims she spent £140 on square-shaped acrylics with white French tips and some simple nail art.
She also got a fresh set of eyelash extensions and went on a sunbed for 12 minutes.
Next up – a pedicure, including acrylic extensions on her two big toes, and a hotel stay with an in-house spa.
However the most dramatic, part of her makeover came when Millie decided to get tooth gems added to her bottom teeth.
She opted for a butterfly design on one side of her mouth, and a heart on the other, both made from pricey Swarovski crystals.
Finally, the beauty fan went for a half head of highlights in a bid to brighten up her locks for summer.
At the end of the 15-minute video, Millie shares an update on her new look, and how she’s feeling.
While beaming at the camera, Mille said: “Guys, this is one of my favourite glow-ups to date, just because of how natural it is.
“Apart from the fake lashes, fake nails, fake lips, fake tits. Other than that…”
Her makeover attracted plenty of attention online, gaining more than 4,100 likes and 141,000 views.

“You already looked gorgeous Millie,” commented another.
Although not all were agreed with her method of trying to cheer herself up, with another adding: “This definitely isn’t the answer to if you aren’t feeling yourself. It just is a quick fix but doesn’t fix your real concerns and down days.”
“I love your videos but I think this is not the right way to influence people. Spending £2K on changing yourself after a breakup is not the answer,” commented another.
A third added: “Please get therapy Millie. This is no different to binge eating or drinking a bottle of wine a night… its a high..it numbs the pain you feel..but it never lasts.”
