MARGOT Robbie has turned heads this summer on the big screen with her super-toned physique.
The Barbie actress revealed her exact diet plan to prepare for the movie.
Experts at have shared how the blonde bombshell prepared for the role.
"When preparing for a role, Margot avoids eating saturated fats, fast foods, drinks containing high amounts of sugar, and chocolate - instead opting for a high-protein and nutrient-dense diet," they said.
For breakfast, the Barbie actress goes straight for the antioxidants with porridge with blueberries and a kale and apple smoothie.
Lunchtime calls for a protein-rich meal to keep the star feeling satisfied.
"Protein is a priority for Margot's lunch, with some of her favorite meals including lemon chicken and brown rice or mackerel paired with tomatoes and cucumbers," they said.
For dinner, Margot is sure to have a decent balance of protein and carbohydrates.
"Dinner for Margot consists of protein and carbohydrates, such as tuna steaks and sweet potatoes or a vegetarian-friendly vegetable hot pot with rice noodles," they said.
Consuming both carbohydrates and protein could be the reason the busy actress feels full and satisfied during long filming hours.

The vitamin K could potentially be the reason for Margot's flat tummy, according to the fitness and nutrition experts.
"While Margot doesn't specify the vegetables in her hotpot, broccoli is a perfect choice as it contains vitamin K, which can help burn belly fat," they said.
